The Level-Headed Guide

Briony is super grateful to have just celebrated her 7-year anniversary with Kent Dog Walker.

She started her journey with us on a work experience placement in 2016 while completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and Veterinary Nursing at MidKent College.

It’s safe to say she never looked back and has worked her way up to a Director’s position by proving her strive and ambition in life, every step of the way.

Briony is super passionate about excellence within the team and ensuring everyone can reach their full potential while getting the job satisfaction they deserve.

She would like to think everyone respects the way she manages and supports the team while working super hard to make their work lives the best they can be

This of course crosses over to the dogs too, they deserve to get the most out of every single service with them, and Briony strives to make this happen on a daily basis. She enjoys communicating with the clients, ensuring they are getting the very best from the company for their dogs, while in their care. Also, listening to any improvements that can be made individually or as a company to be the very best they can be.

Briony thinks she is a smiley, approachable, and productive face to the company, who strives for excellence in every aspect during her work and personal life. She never shies away from hard work and is a hardworking individual. She is the one whom the team goes to for advice, guidance, and knowledge, responding with a level-headed attitude each time.

Briony is super proud of the work they have put in as a team and how that has built them as a company. They have so much more to give and she’s looking forward to the next chapter, which is going to be an exciting one!
